We refuse to allow the city to just barter off their responsibility. The privatization of Spirit Mountain threatens not only the livelihood of 26 dedicated workers but also the community's access and control over a cherished recreational facility. Join us in preserving this vital resource.
If these efforts fail, workers stand to lose their full retirement packages and potentially their jobs, as the incoming management would not adhere to a 50-year practice of collective bargaining. The community will also lose its platform to influence future development, rates, and even access if the mountain becomes privatized.
